Easy to use app

Signed up, bought some Ethereum. Mobile app worked fine. Withdrawals took a bit, but it was okay. Simple and got the job done.

Good features, some lag

I used PointPay to try out their crypto lending and also bought some PXP tokens. The lending feature worked as advertised, and the rates were competitive. The PXP token holder benefits for trading fees are a definite plus. However, I noticed the mobile trading app sometimes felt a bit slow to load market data, especially during peak hours. Customer service responded to my query about deposit limits within a few hours, which was decent. Overall, it's a capable platform with a good range of services, but they could improve the app's speed a little.

Decent value, good savings

I was looking for a new exchange and PointPay came up. I used a referral link when signing up which got me a trading fee rebate. That was a nice bonus. I mostly used the spot trading for Bitcoin and the fees felt reasonable with the rebate. Overall, it felt worth it for the savings I got on my initial trades.

Reliable for recurring buys

I've been using PointPay for about six months now, mainly for recurring buys of Bitcoin and Ethereum. This last order was just as smooth as the previous ones. The auto-buy feature is reliable, and the funds always show up in my wallet as expected. I also tried their instant swap for some altcoins this time, and it was quick, no issues there. It's consistently been a solid choice for my crypto investing, which is why I keep coming back.

Smooth crypto experience

I decided to try PointPay for their crypto savings account and to experiment with altcoin trading. The sign-up process was straightforward, though KYC took about a day. Depositing funds via fiat gateway was quick, within an hour. The trading interface for spot trading was intuitive, even for someone who isn't a pro. I put some USDT into the savings account and the interest started accruing right away, which was good to see. I had a small question about staking rewards and used their live chat support; they responded in about 10 minutes and were helpful. Delivery isn't really a thing here, but the transactions processed fine. The mobile app is also quite responsive. It's a solid platform for managing different crypto needs.

Got my BTC quick

So I wanted to buy some Bitcoin and my friend told me about PointPay. I signed up, did the verification thing which was pretty fast actually. Bought some BTC directly with my card. It showed up in my wallet real quick. No fuss, no drama. Pretty happy with how easy it was to get started.

Is PointPay legit? I've seen some mixed reviews for other platforms and just want to make sure my funds are safe.

K Kevin Garcia 2 weeks ago
From my experience, it seems solid. I've used their staking and withdrawals without issues. They've been around for a while now.

I've been using them for a bit for some altcoin trading. Haven't had any problems. They're a regulated exchange from what I understand.

Hey, wondering if I can actually use PointPay in the US? Some crypto stuff is really restricted here.

J Julia G. 2 days ago
Yeah, it's available in the US, I've been using it for a bit. Just gotta do the usual verification.

I think so, my buddy in California uses it. Just check their country list to be sure your specific state isn't blocked, some platforms have weird state-by-state rules.

Does PointPay have a good selection of altcoins or is it mostly just Bitcoin and Ethereum?

A Aaron Hernandez 3 weeks ago
They have a decent amount of altcoins, not just the majors. I've found a few of the smaller cap ones I was looking for there.

It's not as extensive as like Gate.io sometimes, but definitely more than just BTC/ETH. They add new ones regularly too.

How long does it typically take to get verified after you sign up? Trying to get some crypto ASAP.

B Brian Phillips 2 weeks ago
Mine was pretty quick, like a day or two for the basic stuff. If you do all the ID checks right away, it speeds it up.

S Susan T. 2 weeks ago
It can vary. I've heard some people say a few hours, others a couple of days. Depends on how busy they are and if your documents are clear.

Thinking of trying out the crypto debit card. Anyone actually using it, and how are the fees or limits?

D Donna G. 3 weeks ago
I don't personally have one yet, but I've heard it's pretty standard for crypto cards. Best to check their official site for the latest fee schedule.

K Kyle Taylor 3 weeks ago
My friend has it, says it works fine. Just remember it's still a crypto card so there might be conversion fees if you're spending fiat.
